Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without a cancellation fee any time before the NewSlate team arrives at the property.

Cancellation after arrival

If you cancel after our team has already arrived on site, a cancellation fee may be charged to cover the time, travel, and scheduling costs associated with the visit. We will communicate the applicable fee before charging it.

Weather-related changes

If NewSlate needs to postpone pressure washing, driveway sealing, or another service because of unsafe or unsuitable weather, there is no cancellation or rescheduling fee.
