Cancelling or rescheduling
Plans change — we get it. To cancel or reschedule a consultation or service appointment, call or text 647-973-9911 as early as you can.

Weather cancellations
If weather makes pressure washing or sealing work unsuitable, we will contact you to rebook at the next available time. Weather rescheduling never costs you anything.

In the rare case we must cancel, we will notify you as early as possible and offer the next available appointment.
