Photo-based, phone, and online estimates are prepared from the information available when the estimate is requested. They are intended to give you a clear expected price and scope before work begins.

When an estimate may change

An estimate may need to be revised if the actual job is materially different from the photos or description provided — for example, if there is substantially more volume, unexpected heavy items, restricted access, additional disposal requirements, hidden surface damage, or a change in the requested scope.

No surprise changes

If a material difference is discovered, NewSlate will explain the change and obtain your approval before performing work that would increase the agreed price.
