Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to estimates and services provided by NewSlate Exterior Services. By approving a quote or asking us to begin work, you agree to the scope and price that were confirmed with you.

Estimates and scope

Photo and phone estimates are based on the information available at the time. If the actual volume, access, item weight, surface condition, disposal requirements, or requested scope is materially different, we will explain any price or scope change before performing the additional work.

Access and customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the property and for identifying items that should not be removed. Please secure pets, valuables, and fragile items near the work area before service begins.

Junk removal restrictions

We do not knowingly transport hazardous waste, asbestos, biohazard or medical waste, fuel, oil, propane tanks, or other materials that our licensed disposal facilities will not accept.

Weather and scheduling

Pressure washing and driveway sealing may be delayed or rescheduled because of rain, temperature, surface conditions, or other weather-related factors. Weather rescheduling does not create a cancellation fee.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed with the customer before work begins. Any change to the approved scope that affects price will be discussed before the additional work is completed.

Property condition

Customers should tell us about known fragile, damaged, loose, or sensitive surfaces before work begins. NewSlate will use reasonable care while performing the agreed services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
