Photo Upload Policy

The photo-upload feature is intended to make estimates faster and more accurate. Please send only photos that are relevant to the project you want NewSlate to assess.

How submitted photos are used

• To identify the service requested and estimate the amount of work involved.
• To prepare or refine a quote.
• To plan equipment, labour, disposal, and access requirements.
• To communicate with you about the project.

Privacy

Avoid including sensitive personal documents, faces, licence plates, or other private information unless it is necessary for the project. Submitted photos are not used in public advertising or social media without separate permission from the customer.

Retention

Photos may be retained with the related estimate or service record for as long as reasonably needed for quoting, customer service, record-keeping, or legal purposes, and are deleted when they are no longer reasonably required.
